No hidden implementation incentive
We charge for research, interpretation and decision support. We do not earn commission from a software sale or implementation project.
PRICING
We are open about that from the beginning. Fees reflect the scope, complexity and frequency of the intelligence work required—not the amount of technology we can persuade you to buy.
HOW PRICING WORKS
We charge for research, interpretation and decision support. We do not earn commission from a software sale or implementation project.
A single software decision should not be priced like an ongoing external intelligence function. We agree the right model before proposing a fee.
You receive a written scope, deliverables, timing and fee before committing. If the evidence suggests a smaller engagement—or no engagement—we will say so.

WHY WE DISCUSS PRICE
We do not currently publish a universal price because a narrowly framed decision review and a recurring, multi-market intelligence programme require materially different work. The first conversation is used to understand the decision, determine whether Pioneered is relevant and establish the smallest credible scope.
If you are comparing options or testing an early pilot, say so. We would rather discuss budget and constraints openly than design a service that does not make commercial sense for either side.
